We've been quiet on our blogposts. If you follow us on Facebook or Instagram, you know we've been pretty busy! We wanted to take a few minutes and let you know some of the things that have been happening at Cruisin' with the Drennans.
Of course, there's been travel! We took a couple of cruises. Our favorite this year was the weeklong cruise on Oasis of the Seas with our grandman, his friend and his friend's Mom. Jim got to share a cabin with
two teenage boys, and Judi and Mom had some "girl time" in their cabin. We picked the boys up from camp and drove to Cape Liberty, NJ overnight so we'd be on time for check-in. Once we got onboard, we assumed we'd lose the boys to the teen club. We were pleasantly surprised when they wanted to spend time with us instead. It was a great week full of laughter and memories.
Judi also took a trip to Jamaica with the Jamaican Tourist Board. In 5 days, she stayed at 2 resorts, visited 12 other resorts and went on 2 excursions. Judi fell in love with the Jamaican people when we visited in 2021 and was very excited to go back! Even though she is a Jamaican Trav
el and Wedding Specialist, she continues to learn more and more so she can share that knowledge with clients who love all-inclusive resorts. She'll be heading back this month to help plan a client's birthday celebration next year.
Jim's heading to the new Galveston port (umm, tomorrow) to participate in a trade event on Royal Caribbean' Allure of Seas! We're so excited for our Texas and Southwest clients who will be able to travel out of Galveston. Carnival, Disney, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean will all have great ships sailing from there.
We've been studying too! Jim and Judi have attained several accreditations from cruise lines, resorts and industry associations. We continue to work, increasing our knowledge so we can better serve you.
We can't believe the holidays and 2023 are fast approaching! We are already registered for industry events and conferences. We look forward to continue sharing our knowledge and adventures with you!
